To keep the line moving quickly please have all the students belonging with the student, preventing the searching in the vehicle for what they need to take to school, holding up the line.

Together We GLOW
G - Growth: Encouraging personal and academic development.
L - Learn: Emphasizing the importance of continuous learning.
O - Optimism: Fostering a positive mindset.
W - Work Together: Highlighting collaboration and teamwork.
Positive Reinforcement:
Praise and reward your child when they attend school consistently. Celebrate small victories, such as completing a full week without any absences.
Consider a reward system where they earn points or tokens for each day of attendance. Accumulated points can lead to a special treat or privilege.
Create a Morning Routine:
Establish a consistent morning routine that includes waking up at the same time each day, having a nutritious breakfast, and getting ready for school.
Make mornings enjoyable by playing their favorite music or engaging in a short family activity before leaving for school.
Emphasize Social Connections:
Remind your child about the importance of friendships and social interactions at school. Encourage them to participate in group activities, clubs, or sports.
Highlight events like field trips, class projects, and school assemblies that make attending school exciting.
Set Clear Expectations:
Have an open conversation with your child about the importance of attending school regularly. Explain how it impacts their learning and future opportunities.
Set clear expectations and boundaries. Let them know that school attendance is non-negotiable unless they are genuinely unwell.
Stay Involved:
Attend school events, parent-teacher conferences, and volunteer opportunities. When your child sees your active involvement, they’ll feel more motivated to be present.
Build positive relationships with their teachers and school staff. A supportive environment encourages attendance.
Remember, consistency and encouragement play a significant role in motivating your child to attend school regularly.
